LINUO Technical Glass Full Electric Intelligent Medicinal Glass Production line D1# Kiln Ignition Success

  The D1# kiln of LINUO Technical Glass all-electric intelligent medicinal glass production line was successfully ignited in the morning of July 15th after more than 3 months of construction. The company's senior leaders and each workshop department staff representatives attended the ignition ceremony.


  The total investment of this project is more than 16 million yuan, the introduction of 13 square meters of energy-saving new glass melting full electric furnace one, one furnace two lines, the feed path and Muffle furnace adopt full electric structure, using Danafara tube process to produce glass tube. DCS control system realizes the display of main process parameters of large furnace and dust removal fan and pulse cleaning parameters in the dust removal system. The main energy use equipment is displayed on site, and other process parameters are displayed on site. After completion of the project, the annual output of medicinal glass liquid will be more than 9000 tons, and the annual output of medicinal glass tube will be more than 8000 tons.
